We are hiring an experienced **Outbound Appointment Setter** to run phone-first outreach, qualify prospects, and **book demos/appointments** while following strict compliance (incl. **TCPA**) and a consultative approach.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to target prospects; follow the **approved script**.
- Qualify using clear criteria; handle common objections and **disposition correctly** ("not interested," "call back," etc.).
- Keep **clean CRM notes** and list hygiene.
What success looks like
- Consistent progress against KPIs (meetings booked, conversion %, calls/talk-time, QA).
- Accurate dispositions and complete notes to enable follow-ups.
Must-haves
- Proven **outbound calling** experience with track record of hitting KPI targets.
- Clear English phone presence
