** You'll**Support Meaningful Work By**:
- Managing assigned retail and eBusiness accounts through the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt to final installation
- Optimizing supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies to enhance the customer experience
- Owning decision-making for order fulfillment processes when onboarding new businesses or retailers
- Providing proactive operations performance data to support collaboration and problem resolution with the Work From Home category
- Running regular and ad-hoc reporting to ensure business visibility and informed decision-making
- Creating process documentation and standard operating procedures to support channel development




- Advocating for customer needs by identifying performance issues and driving process improvements across quality and manufacturing
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position or within an operations department
- Experience working with an ERP system

- Communicating effectively, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation and organizational skills
