**Seeking SAP ABAP HR Developer - HCM - Payroll for Exciting Project | Hybrid in Mexico City (Azcapotzalco)**
We are looking for a **SAP ABAP HR Developer** with at least **2 years of experience** to join a long-term project (32 months) with a leading integral consulting firm.
This role focuses on developing and optimizing HR modules within SAP environments, contributing to high-impact technological solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain ABAP HR programs and enhancements.
- Work with HR structures, Infotypes, Payroll functions, HCM and operations.
- Support integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of HR systems.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP HR solutions.
**Technical Skills Required**:
- Strong knowledge of **ABAP** programming.
- Hands-on experience in **SAP ABAP HR** (2+ years).
- Understanding of **HR structure, Infotypes, Payroll functions, HCM and operations**.
- **English**: Advanced (Conversational).
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience in **Data Migration** projects.

- Bachelor's degree or higher (IT-related preferred).
