**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated, standards-aligned lessons for Middle School Health.
- Foster a classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Develop and implement a variety of assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and growth.
- Utilize technology effectively to enhance instruction and communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and share best practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in school-wide events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assignments.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures.
**Education**:
**Qualifications and previous experience required**:
- Two years of experience in a similar teaching role
- Fluent level written and spoken English (conversational Spanish preferred, but not required)
