**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Compliance Platform**
- Perform advanced data analysis using visualization, statistical, and artificial intelligence techniques to develop insights into trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Employ innovative solutions to enterprise-wide challenges in data, systems, controls, and risk management activities including anomaly detection, clustering, machine learning, natural language processing, GenAI, and other predictive and prescriptive models.
- Develop solutions that provide actionable insights using behavioral analytics to identify signals of corporate misconduct across compliance domains.
- Drive ethical AI principles in both small-scale pilots and enterprise-wide long-term solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support compliance initiatives.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Partner with compliance and business stakeholders to define and prioritize analytics use cases.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for independent development and collaboration with digital technology delivery teams.
- Collaborate with digital technology teams to scope, build, test, and launch analytics and AI solutions.
- Support the management of a portfolio of analytics solutions that are user-friendly, self-service, scalable, and aligned with governance standards.
- Continuously improve data quality, usability, accessibility, and adoption of compliance data assets and analytics.
- Support the elevation of the Compliance function through actionable analytics to be a strategic partner with the business while driving growth.
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems,
Business Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science in a complex, general environment
- Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools), SQL, and data wrangling techniques
- Experience in data science methodologies such as supervised and unsupervised machine learning (e.g., classification/regression, clustering, anomaly detection), network/graph analysis, time-series forecasting, natural language processing, GenAI, statistics, Monte Carlo simulations, etc.
- Strong communication skills with ability to gather requirements and present findings clearly
- Ability to work independently on hands-on development and collaboratively across teams
- Full English proficiency.
**Preferred**:
- Familiarity with enterprise data systems (HR, CRM, Sourcing, etc.)
- Experience working within compliance, risk, audit, or similar functions
