The Nike App Specialist would be part of the Platforms & Growth team in the Digital Team, the App Specialist will join a cross-functional team of people passionate about creating the future of digital commerce for Nike.
The specialist will be working closely with a diverse team (Site Experience, Marketing, Digital Ops, Merchandising, finance and others), coming together to drive a common agenda and align business outcome and with an elevated ability to read and react our business.
The specialist will report to the Nike App Latam Manager.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are seeking an organized, critical thinking, analytic and with excellent communication skills Digital Commerce Specialist for Nike App platform, you will play a critical role for the Mexico Business, working in partnership with com Manager to implement & build the strategy and run the platform business.
In this fast-paced role, we are looking for somebody that can adapt quickly, has strong sense of ownership, proactivity, accountability, passion for data, trend identification, consumer focus and obsession to detail.
**WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON**




On any given day the Specialist will:
- Analyze and extract insights, driving a comprehensive E2E approach (Funnel & financial KPIS),
- Create and automate weekly reports to identify consumer trends and behavior (navigation and shop), and recommend manager opportunities for improvement.
- Will be responsible of the Nike App performance monitoring.
- Proposing new approaches, provide insights and executing the digital business strategy by working closely with cross functional teams (Brand, Digital Ops, Site Experience, DSM, Merch)
- Coordinate all aspects of business, including content/communication strategy, developing promotional campaigns, improve APP navigation and journey destinations,
- Understand consumer behavior and respond to trends and achieve critical e-commerce KPIS.
- Run A/B testing inside the platform.
- Monitor industry trends and competition in sporting goods e-commerce.
- Also, the Specialist will be responsible of manage and coordinate the authoring activities.
