**Position Overview**
Responsible for coordinating and supervising daily activities in a warehouse to ensure efficient flow of inventory and operations.
**What you'll do**
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, preparing and shipping products.
- Personnel Coordination: Direct, motivate and train warehouse personnel.
Assign tasks and establish shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety, health regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.




Implement procedures and technologies that improve warehouse performance.
- Problem Solving: Manage and resolve operational and personnel problems effectively and quickly.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on warehouse performance, inventories and any relevant incidents
- SAP Software knowledge as a must
**Who you are**
- _3 years of previous experience in a similar role in warehouse management._
- _Bachelor's degree could be an Engineering professional, Business Administrator or Similar._
- _Conversational English_
- _Leadership and personnel management skills & ability to work as a team and motivate others._
- _Knowledge of inventory and logistics management systems._
- _Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions._
- _Knowledge of safety regulations and standard operating procedures._
- _Organizational and planning skills._
- _Excellent communication and problem-solving skills & attention to detail and analytical skills_
- _SAP Software knowledge as a must_
