**Objective**:
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of processes and results.
This role requires a team player with high drive and a passion for continuous improvement.
You'll lead and optimize all operations activities—including production, logistics, warehouse, quality—to ensure our products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage daily operations, directly supporting and coaching front-line leaders to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Oversee production schedules, material flow, and resource planning to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize throughput.
- Be present on the floor—removing obstacles, supporting teams, and modeling a "lead by example" approach.
- Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key operational metrics.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to resolve issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish, validate, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operations.
- Drive improvements in layout, workflow, equipment utilization,



and labor efficiency.
- Balance a solutions-driven mindset with the judgment to recognize when to set limits or say "no" to protect priorities, safety, and standards.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in operations or production leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly comfortable in a hands-on environment.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and leading teams through change.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and always looking ahead.

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
