**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Conversational English.
- Chinese (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and negotiation.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, customs, or related field.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer service and shipment scheduling.
- Documentation tracking.
- Negotiating with carriers and customs brokers.
- New business development.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
