Management of project-related activities.
Time tracking and data analysis for machine optimization.
Review and improvement of standards based on the analysis performed.

Practice and fluency in management activities and analysis of improvement projects.
Achievement of efficiency objectives.
Deployment and development of KAIZEN and PSP processes.
