**Program Duration**: 24 months
**About the Program**:

Our **Graduate Program for Women Engineers** is designed to provide talented female graduates with the opportunity to develop their technical and leadership skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- As a participant, you will gain hands-on experience in key engineering functions, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of technology and innovation.
**During the program, you will rotate through 4 engineering disciplines, which will include**:
- **Manufacturing & Production**: Optimize production processes, quality control, and automation systems.
- **Sustainability & Energy Efficiency**:



Work on projects related to green energy, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable engineering solutions.
- **Project Management**: Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.
**You will have opportunities to**:

**Who We Are Looking For**
- **Recent graduates (or final-year students)** with a Bachelor or a Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, etc.) or equivalent
- **Passion for innovation** and a drive to make an impact in engineering and technology.
- **Problem-solving mindset** with strong analytical and technical skills.
- **Collaboration and communication skills** to work effectively in divers teams.
- **Fluency in English** (+ a local languages are a plus)
