**Collections Representative**
Primary Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Mexico
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to determine the root cause of aging invoices
- Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices
- Work within established procedures and adhere to quality guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership
- Support and contribute ideas for process improvement
- Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintaining open lines of communication and building rapport by providing timely and professional service
- Continue to develop skills and build knowledge of the collections process
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements
**Qualifications**
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective and versátil communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
