**General Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Support strategy and ensure internal stakeholder alignment (Business Unit, Regions, Sales, Marketing) for the QAN Partner Program across its segments.
- Support partner onboarding, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
- Assist in the commercialization of partner offerings through the QAN Partner Portal.
- Identify and recommend high-value partners and offerings for Qualcomm-led promotional opportunities.
- Assist with issue management tied to QAN Partner Portal systems/ CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
- Identify opportunities to improve the partner experience and streamline processes.
This is an office based position in Mexico City.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.




**Preferred Qua**lifications**:
- Advanced communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft business offerings (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional alignment and strategic coordination.
- Familiarity with partner onboarding, offering commercialization, and partner marketing processes.
- Experience supporting channel or partner programs in a technology environment.
- Familiarity with partner portals, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of the semiconductor, wireless, or mobile technology industry.
- Analytical mindset with experience generating reports and insights from data.
- Excellent strategic marketing, thought leadership, and organizational skills
