Elaboración de facturas para módulo de importación y exportación con conocimiento necesarios, que tanto aduana americana como mexicana requieren para autorizar el cruce de mercancías utilizando ventajas disponibles en su totalidad y operando en tiempo y Forma apegado a cumplimiento legal.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Preparación y entrega de documentos requeridos por
aduana mexicana para estar dentro de los estatutos que
marca la ley y poder realizar nuestras importaciones y
exportaciones, así como recibir beneficios
correspondientes.
- Conocimiento de los diferentes tipos de Operación
(Terrestre/Marítima/Aérea)
- Preparación de reportes anuales para autoridades
mexicanas, esto consiste en reportes descargados de
nuestro sistema integral aduanero (vastera) esto se reporta
posteriormente a SE y consiste en materiales importados
contra materiales exportados y ventas totales, así como
valores agregados.
- Administracion en Portal VUCEM en referencia a Requerimientos y Notificaciones de nuestra Operación.
- Proceso de descargas de Anexo 24
- Presentacion de informes de descargo del Anexo 30
- Experiência y Trámites Aduaneros necesarios para realizar
ante el SAT.
- Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y
seguir los controles operacionales definidos.
- Revisar y analizar el comparativo de inventarios entre Anexo 24 y SAP.
REQUERIMIENTOS:
Educación: Licenciatura Comercio Exterior
Formación:
Conocimiento de Operación de Anexo 24
Conocimiento de Operación de Anexo 30 Manejo del Sistema de Control de Cuentas de Créditos y Garantías
3 años de experiência en área similar (import/export)
Conocimiento de SAP o sistema similar.
