The Production Manager is responsible for leading the entire manufacturing operation, ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of the production plan while developing a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.The position requires a strong floor presence, exceptional execution discipline, and the ability to develop people while driving sustainable operational results.ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum 4 years of experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.Experience in wire & cable manufacturing is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of extrusion processes is required.
