Job OverviewAs a Main Gate Agent, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a secure, welcoming, and seamless arrival and departure experience at One&Only; Palmilla.ResponsibilitiesProvide a warm, professional welcome and farewell to all guests, residents, and visitorsControl and document all arrivals, departures, visitors, vendors, and vehicles entering the propertyEnsure all access through the main gate is properly authorized, registered, and monitoredManage and control golf cart traffic and guest parking accessMonitor CCTV systems and report any irregularitiesCoordinate and verify restaurant and spa reservations for access control purposesMaintain control of restricted access points, including back‐of‐house and villa access doorsIssue and control exit passes according to established proceduresRespond effectively to emergencies and support incident management protocolsProvide First Aid assistance when requiredEnsure the property remains secure during low or non‐operational hoursUtilize operational systems such as Alice, Opera, Outlook,



and OpenTable to support daily operationsMaintain familiarity with Executive Committee members, owners, and Palmilla community members to ensure seamless and discreet accessQualificationsProfessional with a combination of security awareness and exceptional guest service, calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering a safe and welcoming environment at all timesAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written); additional languages are an assetHigh school diploma or equivalentCPR and First Aid certification preferredPrevious experience in security, hospitality, or guest‐facing roles is highly desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailHigh level of responsibility, integrity, and reliabilityAbility to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalismStrong problem‐solving skills and ability to act quickly in emergency situationsGuest‐oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional at all times#J-*****-Ljbffr
