- Management of payroll and accounting processes.
- Incident Control.
- Analysis of labor costs and payroll expenses for the finance department and senior management.
- Administration and coordination of employee benefits and compensation.
- Compliance with local and national labor and tax laws.
- Specialized payroll software and financial management tools.
