Location: Zacatecas, MX (Onsite / Plant-Based) Vacancy Type: Existing Position On-Call: Required (rotation) As our next IT Engineer you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure within an automotive manufacturing environment.
This includes supporting end-user devices, managing network and server hardware, and ensuring the reliability and security of IT systems.

and support activities.Collaborate with corporate IT teams on infrastructure projects and system rollouts.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures.Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForAssociate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Bachelor's Degree preferred.2+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote desktop tools.Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and ITIL practices.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Industry certifications (e.G., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.Bonus PointsIf You Have Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or CiscoExperience with CMDB or IT asset management toolsExposure to cybersecurity or compliance-driven IT environmentsPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 40 lbsFrequent walking, standing, bending, and equipment handlingManual dexterity for working with cables, tools, and small componentsComfortable working in manufacturing plants,
