To expand our general manufacturing footprint, Danfoss Sensing Solutions is establishing new Sensor production lines in Apodaca, Mexico.
For the Sensor growth journey, we are searching for a Process Technology Specialist, to join our newly established team.
As our new Process Technology Specialist you will be the key person in our manufacturing systems.
Your main responsibilities will be to maintain and optimize production data collection from different sources and link our production equipment with the manufacturing execution system (MES).
In this role, you will be working in an international environment with close cooperation and knowledge sharing across different manufacturing sites in different countries.
**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following**:
- Learn and understand Danfoss Sensing Solutions production systems and related production data infrastructures
- Take ownership of the "system world" and drive updates optimizations when launching new Pressure Sensor product variants
- Leverage a data-driven approach to improve efficiency, avoid downtime, and sustain processes
- Implementation, and management of MES with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and DAQ systems (Data Acquisition Systems)
- Ensure smooth data flow between ERP

**Background & Skills**:
- A relevant background, such as a bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position working with mass production on automated production systems
- Proven Experience in SQL databases and server administration in a manufacturing environment preferably including EEPROM programming
- Experience in developing and sustaining software test solutions for a broad manufacturing network




- Experience with Auto or Semi Auto Test systems (Digital I/O, Pressure controlling, Temperature stabilization, Leak Test, End Of Line Test)
- PLC and C++ programming is a plus
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Systematic and analytical approach to tasks and problem-solving
