The role involves collaborating on global SAP and non-SAP projects, supporting process improvement initiatives,



and gathering requirements from key users.The candidate will perform system configuration, document processes, conduct functional testing, and deliver user training.
Additionally, they will provide multi-level ERP support, prepare reports for management, and maintain system documentation.
