**What will you be doing?
**
- Carrier Sourcing: Identify and source qualified carriers to meet transportation capacity requirements, leveraging carrier databases, industry contacts, online platforms, and other resources.
- Route Planning: Planning drivers weeks with consideration of driver preferences, revenue goals and, compliance standards
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates and terms with brokers, considering market conditions, customer requirements, and profitability goals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, acting as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a partnership based on mutual trust and collaboration.
- Shipment Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of driver shipments, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, carrier performance expectations,



and regulatory compliance.
- Freight Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, rates, and lane-specific dynamics to provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
- Capacity Management: Manage driver capacity by effectively matching available drivers with customer shipment demands, ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely delivery.

- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
