When our guests are in the hotel, the thoughtful attention you provide as a Security Manager will make them feel, safe and valued.Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but not limited are the followings:Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and proceduresControlling budgets for security operations and monitor expensesRecruiting, training and supervising security agents,



lifeguards and SupervisorsAttend meetings with other managers to determine operational needsPlan and coordinate security operations for specific eventsCoordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarmsReview reports on incidents and breachesInvestigate and resolve issuesCreate reports for management on security statusAnalyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.G. implementation of new technology)Responsible of the crisis management plan of the propertyResponsible of the safety and security of residencesAbout the You.Proven experience as security manager or similar positionExperience using relevant technology and equipment (e.G. CCTV)Experience in reporting and emergency response planningExcellent knowledge of security protocols and proceduresSolid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysisWorking knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsCommitted and reliableHigh school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an assetOur brand is expanding faster than ever before.
