Responsibilities of this position involve analysis of strategies and elaboration of detailed calculations to properly determine origin and qualify vehicles and auto parts under various Free Trade Agreements, including USMCA.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Regional Value Content (RVC) analysis of vehicles and other goods produced by Nissan Mexicana for the issuance of Certificates of Origin under Mexico's numerous negotiated Free Trade Agreements.
- RVC Analysis, Calculations, monitoring and reporting of New Projects.
- Analysis and reporting of savings for our clients through the issuance of Certificates of Origin.
- Calculation of USMCA requirements regarding both Regional Value Content and Labor Value Content, based on supplier declarations/certifications.
- Preparation of Election to Average documentation.
- Calculation of US regulations such as AALA and CAFE
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives.
**_Qualifications_**
**Education**:
- Preferred degree in Business, International Trade or related field.
**Knowledge**:
- Free Trade Agreements.
- Tariff classification.
**Previous Work Experience**:
- Minimum one year of experience in **international trade** field including **tariff classification**, **origin determination** and **Free Trade Agreements**.
**Language**:Advanced** Level of **English**.
**Capable of traveling**:15%

- ** Fully understand and interpretation of Free Trade Agreements.
