As an AR Analyst Senior you will track customer accounts receivable balances.
You will collect and summarize data from multiple sources, maintain customer accounts, and analyze data to track payments and improve customer collections.
you will also resolve discrepancies in customer payment records.
You will perform daily activities of invoicing, verification, classification and recording of data in the account receivable and reports to Intercompany Supervisor.
Must have basic knowledge of US GAAP, NIF's, SOX's, and Internal Controls based on PPG guideline
**Main Responsibilities**
- Monitor and review customer accounts receivable balances.
- Investigate customer accounts receivable balance discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and obtain necessary documents.
- Create and reconcile customer accounts receivable reports.
- Conduct research to resolve customer accounts receivable issues.
- Ensuring AR aging monitor and decrease.
- Follow up on AR metrics.
- Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards according PPG guidelines.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related).
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable 2-3 years
- General knowledge on Tax legislation across Americas Region (Desirable)
- ERP knowledge for AR module (Oracle/SAP/QAD).
- Understanding of accounting entries and account reconciliation.
- Intermediate-High knowledge in Excel.
- General knowledge of US GAAP,



NIF's, and SOX's.
- English (level: intermediate).
