They encourage their team to actively participate in growing their business by helping define best practices every day.Receptionistto be responsible for the following activities:Handle a high volume of customer phone calls in a professional and courteous mannerUnderstands needs of caller, opens accounts and answers questions with first person resolution where possibleRoutes calls to internal critical path partners only as neededDocuments system with call notes and owner requests in real timeCheck voicemails throughout the day and returns calls or routes correctlyAlert supervisor to issues related to phones, computer,
or other potentially disruptive matters in the reception areaArrange for backup support for planned absences, with supervisor approvalMaintain current records (i.E. contact lists) for the reception deskOther duties and special projects as assignedWork ScheduleMonday to Friday.Regular schedule: 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM CST MXDaylight saving 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST MXThis position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.BenefitsCompetitive Salary (According to experience).
