Marketing Manager – MezTalWe're hiring a strategic, relationship‐driven Marketing Manager to support a portfolio of U.S. Life Plan Communities.
This is not a digital marketing role—it requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate daily with Sales Directors, managers, and external vendors.Frequent travel to the U.S. is strongly required.ResponsibilitiesLead marketing strategy and execution for multiple communitiesPartner daily with Sales Directors, guiding them with clear, data‐backed recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, printers, speakers, list providers)Manage direct mail programs, events, creative materials, and marketing calendarsCoordinate presentations, speakers, timelines, and production detailsReview performance using Salesforce, Power BI and event metrics to make strategic recommendationsMaintain updated marketing assets and community websitesCommunicate ideas clearly and persuasively with managers and stakeholdersRequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communications,



Business or related field10+ years of marketing experienceStrong strategic mindset and ability to see the big pictureExcellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience as an Account Manager or in Marketing Operations (strong plus)Comfortable working closely with sales teams and influencing decisionsExperience with direct mail, events, or vendor management (plus)Ability and willingness to travel frequently to the U.S. (approximately 30 days/year)Benefits?
