and cold callingConduct property tours and presentations to showcase our facilitiesNegotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenantsPrepare and present lease proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentsCollaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless operationsStay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategiesPrepare regular reports on leasing performance and provide recommendations for improvementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the logistics real estate sectorProven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant acquisitionProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareExperience in logistics real estate sector
