Responsibilities • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with hiring managers and executive directors to define role profiles, align on hiring strategies, and deliver status updates on talent pipelines.
• Job Board Management: Post and manage job openings across various levels (junior, senior, manager, and director) on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Active Sourcing: Execute proactive sourcing strategies and headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to attract top-tier market talent.
