Location: Tlanepantla, Mexico City (plant environment) Reporting to: Regional HR Lead Compensation: MXN $50,000 – $65,000 gross per month , plus above-market benefits This role is idóneo for an HR professional who enjoys being close to operations and building strong relationships on the shop floor.
The position will have a key role in supporting the site through both strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: Managing employee relations and labor law matters, particularly within unionized environments .
Driving talent management and organizational development in a manufacturing or operational context.
Leading recruitment and onboarding for both operational and salaried employees.




Tracking and managing HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance indicators .
Collaborating closely with production, EHS, and finance teams to support people initiatives and employee engagement at the site.
Profile we're looking for: Around 2–5 years of experience in an HR managerial or HRBP role.
Solid experience in manufacturing or plant environments .
Hands-on, people-oriented, and comfortable working close to operations.
Motivated to continue growing professionally within a dynamic, international organization.
