Main Responsibilities Analyze and monitor Supply Chain data to identify operational issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support daily SAP transactions and troubleshoot system-related issues across Supply Chain planning processes.
Investigate and resolve IDOC errors to ensure accurate and timely data integration between systems.
Manage and support COGI transactions, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
Perform data analysis and reporting to support inventory management, production planning, logistics, and order fulfillment activities.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
Support and optimize business processes within SAP, primarily in the MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales experience with reporting and data visualization tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
