**Role Description****This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Operations Manager located in Guanajuato, GUA.The Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency.They will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.




****Qualifications**:- Proven experience in plant operations management- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control- Excellent leadership and team management skills- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Effective communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field- Experience in the automotive industry- Experience in the metal industry is a plus
