**Vacancy Name**- Accounts Receivable Analyst**Location of Work**- Tijuana, Mexico**Employment Type**- Full Time Employee- Process accounts receivables transactions- Generate timely and accurate customer invoices- Manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate records.
- Complete posting of cash receipts (including high volume) to customer accounts in AX (ACH, wire, lockbox checks, etc)- Send out customer statements.Communication with customers to request payment, arrange payment plans, or address inquiries.
- Log into customer portals to upload invoices where needed- Manage collections efforts and associated functions,



including accurately recording in the system- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner- Provide support for internal and external audits- Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner- Other related duties as assigned- Knowledge of basic accounting principles- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy- Ability to analyze large sets of data- High degree of familiarity with accounts receivable functions- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
