**Key Responsibilities**:- **Collaboration**: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a "Recruiter" or in a similar role.
(2 years)- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills_**(English)**_- Strong decision-making abilities.




- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Admin / Psychology or a related field preferred.
