- Plan and execute content calendars- Monitor conversations, answer questions, and build relationships with customers and brand advocates.
- Develop content in English and Spanish- Track content and community performance metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends and community sentiment to inform content strategy and product improvements.
- Ensure high levels of compliance and credibility in the overall delivery of initiatives and actions.
**Requirements**:- Proven experience in pitches, press releases, content generation for articles- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content across formats.
