ce Experience managing several short, fast-moving customer projects simultaneous

es Ability to scope, estimate, quote, and help negotiate Professional Services engagemen
ts Experience managing a small team, ideally Technical Account Managers or similar technical/customer-facing professiona
ls Strong business mindset with enough technical knowledge to understand the work being performed by engineers
