The Buyer position willbe responsible fornegotiating and buying Interior Parts in support of the Interior Purchasing organization.
The duties include management of the sourcing process, developing and implementing creative solutions to complex challenges, capacity and cost management, and PO/ contract administration.
This includes but is not limited to: Selecting suppliers, placing purchase orders, managing complex contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, managing key Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier relationships, and developing commodity strategies.The idóneo candidate must have:



The ability to coordinate activities with other departments and resolve conflicts; must lead a cross functional team with "One Voice" to suppliers; and develop and manage key supplier relationships while maximizing suppliers' ability to deliver quality product on time.
Additionally, the candidate willbe responsible fordeveloping and/orassistingin the development of strategies and solutions to continuously improve costs and capacity.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or a related fieldMinimum of5 yearsof purchasing or closely related relevant experienceStrong communication skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teamsStrong comunication English skills
