Your primary objective will be to assist customers in scheduling their vehicle maintenance and repair appointments efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming service-related calls, assisting customers with scheduling appointments.
Maintain a high level ofactive listening, attention to detail, and multitaskingto provide excellent customer interactions.
Utilize specialized software that integrates dealership policies, scheduling rules, and customer databases to ensure accurate appointment booking.
This role requiresstrong communication skills,
adaptability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Fluent English proficiencywith strong communication skills.

Recent experience in a voice-based customer service role (CSR).
