The Supply Chain Management leading teams through process transformations and strategic shifts * People Management - advanced level; directing team performance and developing talent to achieve operational goals * Strategic Thinking - advanced level; aligning supply chain initiatives with long-term business objectives * Demand Planning - intermediate level; forecasting customer needs to optimize inventory and production schedules * Sales Inventory and Operations Planning - intermediate level; coordinating cross-functional planning to balance supply and demand * Inventory Management - intermediate level; maintaining optimal stock levels to meet service targets while minimizing costs * Supplier Portal Tool - intermediate level; managing supplier interactions and performance tracking * Planning Tools - intermediate level; leveraging systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency What qualifications will make you successful?

Requirements * Able to work onsite in Ramos Arizpe Coahuila * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
APICS/CPIM, CSCP certification or MBA is a plus.
* Advanced English Level * 10+ years of supply chain, planning, or logistics experience, including experience in an engineer-to-order or make-to-order manufacturing environment; prior people-management experience preferred.
* Working knowledge of HVAC equipment and components, and the material flow needed to support custom, project-driven production.
* Demonstrated experience in demand planning, S exceptional people who turn sustainability ambitions into actions at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization.
