Title: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Reports to: GENERAL MANAGER
Location: Juarez, Mexico
Summary: Responsible of Leading all manufacturing operations including materials management and logistics processes, forecasting, budget material resource planning, sourcing and procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, inventory and quality control. Ensure that every step of the process is functioning efficiently to customer expectations.
Responsibilities include understanding the customer needs and leading the organization to ensure a positive customer experience. Under this position are, in dotted line: Production Manager, Quality Manager, Materials Manager and Technical Manager.
Implements the correct processes and practices in the organization. formulate strategies, improve performance, purchase material and resources and ensure compliance with applicable standards
Position Responsibilities:
- This position is accountable for Planning and execution of Production Schedule.
- Coordinates all new transfers to ramp up production.
- Provides follow up on on time deliveries by:
Identifying the Hot List (Past due and current risk items) part number
Following through specific actions needed to comply hot list items.
- Monitor Departmental Performance and execute strategies to meet Organizational goals
- Monitor Quality Metrics and execute Quality Deployment plan in all shifts.




- Audit Departmental procedures for compliance.
- Review Material Requirements to comply monthly forecast, and audit cycle count results for accuracy.
- Work with Production, materials, Quality and technical Department to execute scrap reduction initiatives.
- Follow through pre established continuous improvement Objectives.
- Audit Inventory Control of assets.
- To Present the General Manager summary reporting on the following:
Customer Complaints Status.
Production Schedule vs. presente
Pending activities in tool room and process.
Status of RMA, MRB, Cost of poor quality.
KPI’s per Department
Status of NPI’s
Status of Hot List items.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor Degree on related field
Bilingual English Spanish
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in Customer Service
Proficient in MS Office.
Pay: $11.00 - $111.00 per month
