_**Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist**_
- Main Responsabilities_
- Participate (hands-on) in distribution, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Transfers, Inventory Control department.
- Work closely with the team members to coordinate product movement, warehouse slotting changes and production process.
- Participate as a member of the Supply Chain team to execute projects in a timely manner within guidelines and expectations.
- Create reports using Excel and other platforms, review and report daily inventory adjustments needs and changes.
- Analyze warehouse operations and provide feedback to improve processes, recommend process changes or system enhancements based on findings.




- Assist with managing stock levels across a multi-building operation to ensure inventory is properly located for distribution.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, operational challenges, and inter-company transfer issues.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual summaries related to inventory accuracy.
- People management, leadership, problem solving.
- Skills and knowledge_
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Continuous Improvement
- Distribution (packing, shipment documents)
- ERP (SAP / ORACLE)
- Education_
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3 years experience in Distribution, Inventory or Operational procedures
- Advanced English
