**Your day to day**
- Provide support in the import operation of raw materials, finished product, returns and machinery.
- Review Proformas IN, A1, AF.
- Assign and authorize the payment of pedimentos IN, A1, AF.
- Carry out conciliation activities.
- Monitoring of daily import plan.
- Maintain controls, logs.
- Monitoring of operations.
- Electronic and physical control of customs documentation.
- Experience in preparing invoices in Intrade or another Annex 24 Systems, ZOE, SEER, I-Xport, etc.
- Basic knowledge of foreign trade and customs.
- ENGLISH LEVEL
- 40% written and spoken English
- KNOWLEDGE OF SYSTEMS
- Oracle or another MRP systems
- Annex 24 Intrade or another Annex 24 Systems, ZOE, SEER, I-Xport, etc.
