**Job Description**:
As **Product Designer** you will be helping us to develop our newest product, P**redictive Assessment. PA** is focused on helping to select brilliant software engineers by being the most trusted and reliable predictor of high-performance engineering skills in their recruitment process.
We’re also looking for someone who advocates for their users, would love to work with innovative product in the Market and propose their ideas!
**You will have the opportunity to**:
- Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, design and business folks to find solutions to design challenges.
- Validate your UX designs with user research and user testing (wireframe and prototype)
- Improve and collaborate on a Design System with Product.
- Bring a user-centred design approach to contributing to the UX decision making sessions.
- Conduct independent research by collecting and analysing user behaviour through interviews.
- Continuously seek opportunities for learning and leveraging new technologies and best practices within the field of user experience.
**Qualifications**:
**What You Need to Succeed in this role**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience as a UX/UI designer.
- Excellent skills in design and prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, XD or similar tools.).
- Ability to create detailed wireframes and design specs of user flows.
- A passion for problem-solving, design and UI/UX.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods.
**Good to have**:
- Previous experience working in In-house products.
- Understanding of business KIPs.
- Experience with a project/product in all phases of design.
- Understanding of how design systems work and how to use them.
