**Responsibilities**:
- Administers employment/recruitment activities, assuring that properly qualified employees are recruited to fill positions.
- Understands the talent needs of the business and responds accordingly. Identifies talent issues before they affect the business.
- Participates in new-employee orientation and onboarding activities.
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to plan,
organize and manage multiple tasks as well as ongoing projects.
- Requires well-developed critical thinking, problem solving, analytics, customer service, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with managers and employees with varying backgrounds and cultures.
- Manage multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Must be able to make fair, unbiased decisions and stay level headed in difficult situations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to quickly think of a problem through and make authoritative, autonomous decisions.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and be able to work with all levels of employees.
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree preferred.
2+ years’ previous experience.
