About the Role:
A new and exciting opportunity to shape the future of Diageo’s Operational and Financial Score Cards development, implementation and execution. As part of Mezcal Third Party Operations Team, you will be accountable for performing critical operational, financial and other Mezcal important metrics reporting while looking for efficiency and continuous improvement alternatives based on Lean Manufacturing principles.
The person in charge of this role is accountable of:
Assure the timely reporting and register of critical operational and financial important metrics. Conciliation of inventories of finished goods and raw materials.



Identify and propose productivity initiatives based on Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Methodologies. Active promotion and implementation of optimization tools and techniques across Mezcal TPOs operations. Implementation and follow-up of control reports, data registration, and data control, including GAR-CARM (compliance).
Key deliverables:
On time data gathering and registration of daily, weekly, monthly important metrics, including monthly SAP Finance closing. Physical inventory conciliations at Mezcal TPOs operations. Execution and update of the Mezcal TPOs operational, financial and customer satisfaction strategy map and score card system Monitoring, auditing and reporting with Excellence Manufacturing and Governance teams to establish risk mitigation and productivity continuous improvement systems Key decision inputs for site mitigation plans
TPO Performance Analyst Skills:
Personal Qualities: Good communicator, ability and keen to learn, structured and diligent, Strong analytical skills and ability to shape analytical findings into meaningful insights for the business
New Skillsets: Excell advanced, SAP, DMAIC
Key Training Priority Initiatives: Setup, Managing, Maintaining and Reporting
This is a new role and is a key corner stone for sustainable and agile growth of Diageo’s Mezcal Operations while supporting a continuous improvement and risk management culture.



The role has the potential to be shaped by the individual and gives great opportunity to take ownership and demonstrate leadership in terms of Excellence Manufacture and Continuous Improvement environment while building great relationships with collaborators is key to success.

What are we looking for
- Industrial or Chemical Engineer.
- At least 3 years of experience in Fast Moving Consumers Good Industry, ideally in food and beverages
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic important metrics management and data reporting.
- Spanish and English advanced skills
