The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for supervising and providing consultative coaching to the Service, Spare parts, and Body Shop departments, as well as maintaining work in synergy with the sales area to achieve of common objectives.
He/She is also responsible for supervising the processes at the Dealers with the objective of maintaining excellent customer satisfaction indicators and providing advice to guarantee the efficiency and profitability of their operations.
The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for the implementation of strategic projects and acts as a business partner leading Dealers to uphold the highest quality and ethical standards, ensuring focus on their commercial profile.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Nissan parts and accessory sales/wholesale targets.
- Increase service retention and customer recovery.
- Provide consulting and work closely with distributors to achieve their sales objectives and operational efficiency.
- Analyze Dealer parts and service operations, identifies areas in need of improvement, make recommendations and coordinate implementation of specific action plans including benchmark analysis and best practices.
- Implement Projects and Programs with dealers.
- Ensures compliance with commercial policies in Dealers.
- Maintains a commercial and customer satisfaction approach.
- Ensures delivery of objectives to Dealers and maintains tracking of their performance.
- Develops and implements strategic plans together with Dealers for continuous improvement and achievement of objectives.
- Closely work and support Dealers in achieving their customer satisfaction objectives.
- Drive actions to ensure Dealers deliver a quality experience to customers and support customer satisfaction initiatives and programs.
- Link between Nissan and dealerships.
- Answers questions from distributors and advises them.
**-Requirements-**
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial, Industrial Engineering, Finance or similar field.
**Experience & Knowledge**:
- 3+ years of commercial business experience (Sales, Aftersales, Sales Development, Marketing, Business Development).
- Desirable experience in the automotive industry in commercial areas.
- High consultancy skills in the following areas:
- Part sales retail awareness
- Business plan
- Development & process
- Continuous dealership improvement seeking to impact commercial KPIs
- Automotive marketing principles
- Financial statement analysis
- Must be mobile and willing to travel around all Mx Regions.
- Must have**:Driver's license**.
**Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Language: Advanced Level English
- ** Travel**:80%-90%
