**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
- Responsible for MEX Supply Chain S&OP; Process. Implement S&OP; practices, procedures, and knowledge around MEX organization. Including commercial business and the El Salto Plant
- Responsible for implement and execute Demand Planning Process at MEX leveraging Statistical Forecast tool and Change Management of Forecast Process.
- Enhance Collaborative Forecast over Key dealers, WS and MM as well OE business implementing KPIs.
- Responsible to manage S&OP; audits over LA region and share practices of best-in-class S&OP; process with all other regions.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Local S&OP;: Prepare control documents ensuring that all areas are involved (Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, El Salto Plant and Procurement) and information aligned with all - Keep in those meetings the culture of understanding main issues and make contingency plans.
- Responsible for maintaining and for continuous improvement of the overall S&OP; processes in alignment with regional and integral guidelines and best practices.
- Implement Demand Planning process (Statistical forecast to support Sales Plan and Sales plan validation linked with Goodyear strategy) at Country level,



considering business specification and characteristics.
- Implement Sales forecast scenarios (volume and value) at country level, considering TMS strategy and Share of Market targets, in order to define the most profitable sales scenarios. - Validation of Sales Scenarios with PBU's Directors and MEX Manager Director.
- Maintain a healthy inventory levels accordingly to the business policies and WH capacities.
- Responsible to find the best source to supply the tires to cover the forecast and optimized the portfolio.
**Education**:
- Required: Engineering, Business Administration, English, Spanish, Statistical method.
- Desired. Professional certification APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) in Supply Planning. Specialization in statistics is an differential. MBA
**Experience**:
- *Previous experience in Supply Chain area and/or experience in Industrial Engineering at S&OP; Process and Demand Planning Process.
- Experience in SAP APO modules or other system project contact.
