- Develop, program, perform unit tests, and deploy software components that are multi-tenant and highly available, using various open-source technologies. The team member must have the ability to analyze requirements, code, and issues to formulate strategies and understand solutions.
- Actively participate in meetings related to requirements, architecture, and design. The associate must demonstrate flexibility, a strong desire to learn, creativity, and sustained motivation.
- Collaborate efficiently in an agile team environment, whether following the Scrum or Kanban methodology.
- Demonstrate self-discipline and the ability to prioritize your own workload.

- Practical experience in the development of Microservices.
