- Automation Components: Workflow rules, Flows, & Process Builders
- Efficiency Components: Knowledgebase, Macros, Quicktext
- Omni-Channel Components: Assignment Rules, Entitlements, LiveAgent, Glance & Five9 Integrations
- Develop deep understanding of the internal Consumer & Commercial Banking operations to lead complex projects and integrations to improve sales and service
- Promote business adoption of system capabilities and features (via trainings & webinars)
- Participate in all aspects of our Agile Project Methodology (including proper Change Management)
