**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Financial Reporting**: A skilled accounting controller excels in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: The ability to create and manage budgets, as well as provide accurate financial forecasts, is crucial for effective financial planning.
- **Internal Controls**: Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- **Cash Management**: Effectively managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and making strategic decisions to support the financial health of the organization.
- **Audit Management**: Coordinating and managing the audit process,



working closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
- **Tax Compliance**: Staying abreast of tax regulations, managing tax compliance, and strategizing to optimize the organization's tax position.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conducting in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Cost Accounting**:Implementing and overseeing cost accounting systems to accurately allocate costs and enhance cost-effectiveness.
- **ERP System Proficiency**: Adept at using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for efficient and integrated financial management.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- More than 5 years of experience in the field.
- Advanced English (verbal and written).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA is a big plus.
**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00 CST).
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
