- Responsible for the control of Physical Records for all employees.
- Responsible for making salary adjustments for all Employees.
- Responsible for the Administration of Oracle (withdrawal of accounts).
- Responsible for the Administration of Employees Levels.
- Responsible for monthly reports of Headcounts.
- Responsible for daily reports of Rotation and Absenteeism.
- Responsible 100% of the annual holiday schedule.
- Responsible for generating and capturing the Annual Assessments (Exempt and Non Exempt).
- Responsible for Personnel Attention.
- Ensure the implementation of the regulations and policies of the Company.
- Active participation in events throughout the year.
Experiência y requisitos
- Knowledge: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- 3 Years of experience in Prepayroll
- English Intermediate
- Organization
- Proactive
- Knowledge: Intermediate Excel, intermediate Powerpoint.




- Skills and aptitudes: High interpersonal level, emotional intelligence, customer service attitude, teamwork.
